as the home is listed with the real estate company. APHW does
not have a 180 day drop off date. The real estate agent
does not need to continually renew the warranty, it automatically
is covered as long as the seller remains with the real estate
company.

the warranty transferable to a new owner within the first year
of coverage?
A-Yes as long as APHW is notified
with the change of ownership within the first year. There is no
transfer fee

the warranty be renewed at the same price?
A-The homeowner is sent out renewal
notices a month before the expiration of their warranty, the price
remains the same as the orginal purchase price.
Q-Is
there an age limit on a house for coverage?
A-No.
Q-Does
the home have to have a home inspection to be covered?
A-No, it is not required.
Q-Is
the deductible paid to the contractor at the time of service?
A-Yes, the homeowner pays the deductible
to the contractor at the time of service.
