SUBJECT: Letter of Appreciation
1. Please pass on my sincerest appreciation to your staff for
all the help they have given to my family during our home purchase
process.
2. When we first moved in we started having problems that our
home warranty covered, however what impressed me is the way
everyone we talked to at APHW dealt with us concerning the problems
we were having. Everyone we spoke to seemed to be genuinely
concerned about what our problems were, and the best course
of action to help us get the problems fixed.
3. Being a member of the military I know the true value of service.

They have truly made our first time home purchase a memorable
one.
